Halim cooking with low quality readymix halim in the market. Halim will be cooked in a healthy way now at home; And in all available materials
Ingredients:
- Mug + masakalai + lentils + polao rice 1/2 kg
- 1 cup of wheat
(Grind rice, pulses and wheat in a pan or grind in a blender.)
- Cut the meat into 1 kg small pieces
- Grate 4 onions
- 2 tablespoons of onion paste
- Ginger paste 2 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons of garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
- One and a half teaspoon of Shahi Halim spice
- 2 teaspoons of cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons of coriander powder
- Coriander leaves
- Ginger powder
- Half a cup of oil
- Salt to taste
Method-
- First mix all the spices with the meat and marinate for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the meat pieces with spices in it.
- Stir in all the powdered pulses and wheat mixture in another pot and cover with 5 cups of hot water for 15-20 minutes.
-Now mix the cooked meat with the same amount of water as the soaked mixture.
- Cook over medium heat until rice-pulses-wheat mixture is well cooked.
- If the mixture of halim is of desired density, take it down and serve with chopped coriander leaves and chopped ginger, green chillies, barista.
